Purpose
The Nay Cultural Club is legally constituted as a private, membership-based, non-commercial cultural association under Ontario law. It is not open to the general public, and its operations are governed by internal policies and the rights guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The Nay Cultural Club (“the Club”) is a private, family-based, membership-driven cultural organization. We respect and protect the privacy of our members, their guests, and our community. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws and our commitment to maintaining a safe, private, and culturally respectful environment.
Membership Basis and Private Access
Membership is granted on a selective basis and is subject to approval by Club management. Admission is not automatic or guaranteed, and prospective members may be evaluated based on referrals, application content, or cultural alignment with the Club’s mission.
The Club operates strictly on a private membership basis.
Access to the premises, including the Nay Club Lounge, is limited to members and their invited guests in accordance with our Membership Agreement
The Club is not open to the general public, and all activities are conducted in a private, lawful, and non-commercial manner.
All facilities, including the Nay Club Lounge, are for the exclusive use of members and their invited guests. Commercial use, walk-in visits, or public service to non-members is strictly prohibited.
The Club operates in alignment with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, including protections for cultural expression, freedom of association, and freedom from discrimination. It exists to serve the cultural, family, and social needs of a specific community group.

Photography, Video, and Recording
Photography, video recording, or audio recording inside the Club is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Club management and the consent of all persons involved.
Unauthorized recordings will be considered a violation of privacy and may result in membership termination and legal action where applicable.
Retention of Information
Member information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. When no longer needed, information will be securely destroyed.
Member Rights
Members have the right to:
- Access and review their personal information
- Request corrections to their personal information
- Withdraw consent for certain uses, subject to Club policies and lawful requirements
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or Club operations. Updates will be communicated to members in writing or via official Club communication channels.
Prohibiting Inspection Without Legal Authority
The Club premises are private and may not be entered or inspected by any individual, officer, or agency without a valid court order or statutory inspection warrant issued under Ontario law.
Member Waiver of Inspection Rights
Members understand and agree that the Club is not open to public regulation except where required by law, and that no member or guest may authorize entry or inspection by non-members without Club management approval.
Disclaimer against public access
The Club does not operate as a commercial entity and does not advertise or promote its facilities for general public access. All promotional or informational material is intended for existing or prospective members only, and access to club premises is strictly controlled.
